This is a simple system to post
questions and comments related to class. If you are enrolled in this
class, you can log in with your first name followed by an underscore,
then your last initial. Then use your official e-mail address (before
the @) as your password. The password will not be displayed. For
example, suppose your name is John Doe, and your account name is
jdoe4@student.gsu.edu. Then you would log in as "John_D" with a password
of "jdoe4".

Thanks for posting that. One note
that I'd like to add is that in1 and in2 are inputs to the other diagram
(that was on the board to the left of the diagram shown). They both
were 1 at the time the photo was taken. To understand diagrams like
these, see what happens for different input values, i.e. when a=0 and
b=0, then when a=0 and b=1, etc.

I meant to say, instead of "They
both were 1 at the time the photo was taken," that "They both were 1 at
the time the second photo was taken."

Dr Weeks,
Just wanted to let you know that I appreciate your flexibility and
your policy of taking a vote in class for decisions which impact us all.
It is refreshing.
I look forward to the use of iCollege mainly because it allows me
to keep all of my classes organized and easily track due dates,
assignments etc in the built in calendar. I dislike a lot about iCollege
implementation, but being able to refer to a single calendar and view
all of my due dates has been invaluable.

Thanks. I'm curious to see how well iCollege works for the class.

I do not plan to be here tomorrow
(October 10) for office hours. I may also be gone the following week.
Please see the TA if you have any questions.

Homework 14

Homework 14 is simultaneously telling me that it's due and not to do it. Is it due for a grade or is it some sort of bonus?

It says "Do not turn this in. This is
for your own benefit to do, but we will not grade it." If you choose to
do it, and you have questions, feel free to ask. If you choose not to
do it, that's OK, as long as you understand chapter 7.
