Is MATLAB running unexpectedly slowly on your Mac?

Make a file called "java.opts". It should have the following text.
  -Dapple.awt.graphics.UseQuartz=true

Put the file java.opts under:
  iMac:/Applications/MATLAB75/bin/maci

This should fix the slow-ness of MATLAB on the Macs.
